Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
The hotel's location was convenient, being close to Downtown, but it was a bit of a drive to find nearby restaurants. The rooms, although fairly clean, could have used some additional attention to detail. The service was lacking, with unprofessional behavior observed. However, the hotel's proximity to popular attractions like the convention center added value.
My stay at this hotel was disappointing. The room had everything we needed like a microwave, fridge, hangers for our clothes, soap, and shampoo, but there were major cleanliness and safety issues, including blood stains and finding drugs in the room. The strong winds made it uncomfortable, and my deadbolt didn't lock, making it feel unsafe. This is definitely an unclean and unsafe hotel that I would recommend avoiding.
The hotel rooms are a bit older but fairly clean. The location is decent, fairly close to the airport and South Austin, however, a little drive is needed to reach restaurants. The service was unpleasant with rude and uninformative staff. The dining experience was unacceptable, with limited and subpar breakfast options. The facilities had noticeable holes and scratches.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms felt less clean, probably due to the air conditioning being turned off which made it uncomfortable even after several hours. On the bright side, the room matched the online pictures and had a modern feel to it.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were spacious but showed signs of wear and tear, with some cleanliness issues like roaches and broken items under the bed. However, the rooms had plenty of space. The service was a nightmare, with staff being disrespectful and unhelpful. The location was a bit inconvenient and not very safe, although it was close to downtown. The dining experience was subpar, with limited options and poor quality. The facilities were lacking, with maintenance issues and a lack of attention to detail.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On the bright side, the room I stayed in was clean and the bed was comfortable, which was fantastic. However, the air conditioning took forever to cool the room, and the hallway location was very peaceful away from the noise. The amenities in the room like the microwave, refrigerator, and coffee pot were a nice touch, making my stay more convenient.
The hotel was exactly as pictured on the website and needed to be brightened up and smelling a bit fresher. The rooms smelled like mildew, which was not ideal. However, the service was kind and helpful. The location was great for South Congress and downtown, but could use improvement on safety. The dining experience needed more variety, though having packaged products was convenient.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, despite being a bit older, were surprisingly neat and comfortable with ample amenities, but there were some cleanliness issues like roaches and broken items under the bed. The service provided by the staff was friendly, with a few exceptions like being locked out of my room and early construction noise. The location was decent, close to a convenience store and my event venue, but it could get sketchy at night. The dining options were limited and the breakfast ended too early, which was a bit bothersome. Overall, the value for money was questionable due to the cleanliness and service issues.
The hotel was quite a disappointment. The rooms were filthy with roaches, broken cookies, and fingernail polish under the bed, and the front door had been kicked in, making it look like a trash can even after 6 hours. However, the service was good with extremely friendly and helpful staff, despite an unidentified person on July 21st, 2018. The location was convenient, close to South Congress and downtown, although in a lower neighborhood by the interstate. The dining experience offered very basic options, and the facilities were lacking.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of great experiences and some drawbacks. The room was spacious and well-equipped with a huge bed, flat screen TV, fridge, and microwave, but it had a strange smell that was off-putting. The service was a bit of a hit-and-miss with a locked room incident on the first day, yet the staff were generally courteous and unimposing. The location was convenient, though not perfect, requiring a little extra driving in some cases. The dining options were limited but passable for a quick bite. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
